Yea pretty good product, does what it says on the box. I bought two of these for my two monitors as opposed to one arm that holds two, as I found that two singles give more freedom and articulation and would recommend this option over a single arm that holds two.
Both the monitors I have are 27" Monitors, one is about 4Kgs and the Other is about 6kgs and I have had no sagging issues due to those weights.
The setup was easy enough the instructions are pretty easy to follow. Would recommend help from, someone, when setting up but it is very much possible to set up alone.

A good and easy-to-install dual-monitor arm. Perfectly usable with 100x100 VESA monitors, but the design for 75x75 is a tiny bit bit more difficult without a easily "slide in" option. It's amazing. Uses very little space, is subtle and looks very nice in action. The turns are easily doable, adjusting is not a problem at all. And it was super easy to attach. Would recommend this one over the other option out there. Also has slots for cable management so that your desk and setup look neat and clean. It's amazing.
