This is one of the cheapest dial monitor arms and yet it is almost entirely made out of steel.
Very solid feeling, quite heavy understandably, I definitely trust it to hold up my monitors.

Very adjustable, monitors can pan, tilt, and rotate to effectively any position and angle.

Height is pretty good, though could be a little higher especially if you're using larger monitors.
