It's all there: compactly packaged, with a simple assembling manual, all nuts, bolts and keys included (even for you monitor - 4x bolts of two sizes). Two installation options - tighten or drill, no drilling is actually needed for 24" monitors. Internal cable duct, plugs and hooks - all neat. A bit stiff at the beginning, but nothing what WD40 can't handle. Pretty happy so far, I do recommend. o be honest I was a little unsure about this product before purchase, but I am pleased to say it works well with my two 27 inch monitors using the clamp option. Product is not perfect though; one of the stick on rubber rings was missing, and also the grommet option does not work as well as it should due to the bolt heads not countersinking far enough in to the pole. This means the pole rests on your desk on the 3 bolt heads rather than the pole itself. Good buy, no issues with the product. The only thing to keep in mind is that height of the arms cannot be adjusted individually. So if you're monitors use different bracket hole spaces at the back, you could end up having monitors at different heights. Good buy, no issues with the product. This had been amazing, only one issue I faced was I wasn’t able to plug in the power cord in while this was attached - which was not due to this product, but one of my monitors.
