Like so many others, COVID-19 made the working from home space more vital and therefore needed to be more user friendly for day-to-day use. Purchased this to get my 2 27" monitors lifted to get some desk space but the right arm is having trouble staying in place and goes down once in a while. There wouldn't be a problem for smaller screens I guess.. Overall, product is sturdy and well built.
