Good product. Great for the price and handles well the weight of my '32 inch Samsung G7 monitor. Only gripe was one of the inserts for the arm was made so tight that it didn't fit into the arm. As it was, it didn't make a difference to the mobility of the arms so went without it with no issue. I ended up returning this monitor stand as the swivel was very stiff and not what I was after - you had to tighten the joints with an allen key and in order for the joints to stay connected you had to tighten the allen key so much they couldn't swivel, when I tried to loosen them to allow more flexibility, the whole thing fell apart. It took some minor assembly and adjustment but the end result is fantastic. I was able to set the load exactly right and the monitor moves with just the right amount of resistance.
