LG 24G411A-B 24" FHD 144Hz Monitor

When deciding to purchase a replacement monitor I took two things into consideration. Price and the Reviews.
This was the lowest price for a monitor of this size.
On the whole the reviews were good except for a couple that said the monitor was not very stable as it shook if the desk shook. i was willing to take the chance and found it was true. It is easily fixed by wedging a corner of the cube shaped paper holder under one corner.
Assembly was a wee bit tricky as one of the pins snapped off, super glue soon fixed that.
The screen clarity is far superior to my old LG monitor which is maybe about 12 to 15 years old.

The old one has buttons across the bottom of the frame, this new one doesn't have them which makes for a cleaner and smarter appearance.

Easy to set up and everything looks great. Only negative is the stand is quite short, so I had to put it on a raiser. Other than that I'm happy with the purchase. Perfectly adequate as a second screen for my IPAD. Display was clear. A small annoyance - the monitor has an audio output jack, and when connected via HDMI it would confuse the IOS audio output selection. Selecting IPAD speakers worked, but any bluetooth audio would be directed towards the monitor instead. It may be just a setting that I did not correct.
