What an absolutely incredible mouse for such a cheap price. It's super comfortable and fits well in my hand, also loving the tactile-cycling on the mousewheel, what a cool feature. I developed arm pain using mice about a year ago. I had been using a Logitech G502, so bought a Logitech Lift Vertical Ergonomic mouse, which did help a lot. I then replaced the G502, which was failing to register some clicks after a couple of years' heavy use, with this mouse. This has been brilliant - the arm pain has gone.

I have medium sized hands, palm is 17cm from tip of middle finger to first wrist crease. I developed arm pain using mice about a year ago. Great all around mouse for gaming and general purpose. I love the features especially the scroll wheel where you can change it from tactile to free (which is useful for scrolling through general pc stuff). Best mouse I've had! I had a Logitech m280 before this one, and before that I had a Razer Mamba Wireless.
The RGB is really awesome cause you can customize each section of it, I didn't know that!
The DPI is awesome as well, you can change easily change between custom DPI presets.
