I use this for docking my work Surface Laptop and it's great. Gives me some needed USB ports for charging various things. Has a headphone jack ... old school but for those of us without bluetooth headphones, incredibly useful. Has no issue with my 32" 4K monitor and charges my laptop via USB-C. No software setup needed, just plugin and go.

I had to buy a compatible NZ/Aus 3-pin male to clover shape 3-pin female power cord to be able to plug this into the wall. I've got an HP laptop with a USB C, and didn't want to get an HP dock in case I ever changed laptops. This thing works perfectly, and is well sized.

I've got it hooked up to 2 x 22inch Philips Screens, and 1 x 27inch Samsung.

When I initially plugged it in, the resolution was a bit blurry. But after turning it on and off again for 10 seconds, it went clear.
