Unit shipped with firmware version 1.5.1 which will not connect to fibre connections. Get the latest firmware, which is 2.4.3 as of today. Update to the latest firmware by plugging this into your existing router first, then for UFB follow the screenshots given above to enable VLAN tagging.

Very easy to use and set up. Supports VLAN tagging with latest app and firmware. Lacks very advanced features but fantactic for those looking for a great looking product that is well engineered and won't need babysitting and reboots. Support are wonderful and happy to take feature requests too.

Looks great. Works good.

I was looking for a replacement for my Spark supplied fibre modem/router during Covid lockdown as it wasn't able to keep up with the demands of five people needing the internet at once for video calls.

A colleague recommended this product and I have been very happy with it so far.

It was a little bit fiddly getting it setup and connected directly to the Fibre ONT .... as the VLAN setting was 1. only available on the iOS App and 2. it wasn't obvious that I follow the setup ... to not have an internet connection ... to then connect to the modem (via wifi) and use the app to set that option.

7 day right of exchange

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange.

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase.
