This has really helped relieve my neck strain since I work from home.

The stand is incredibly light, and packs down really small for ease of movement. The construction seems fairly solid, I wouldn't recommend dropping it from height when set up, but it would survive normal office conditions, and travels well when compacted.

The only negatives so far is that the releases triggers feel a little flimsy, and it's easy to catch your fingers when setting the stand to its lowest settings.

I was pleasantly surprised at this little marvel. It is very easy too transport but holds my 16" MacBook Pro easily. The way it folds and raises and lowers is very clever. Great fold-able design made with sturdy hard plastic allows it to fold nicely into a small backpack, allowing a portable workspace without sacrificing good posture. The height variability is great also, allowing people of above average height to comfortably use a 14-17 inch machine at eye level. Holds weight of even some heavy mobile workstations confidently. This is a short time-scale review so do be mindful of treating the moving parts of the mechanism well if you want to get the most use out of this great stand. This is the second one I buy. The first I used while travelling for a bit five months ago and then became part of a desk setup, so I got this second one to have a travelling companion again. It's a bit confusing to unfold: always seems upside down however you take it. But once unfolded, it lifts any laptop (tested with paper-thin Macbook Air, sleek ultrabooks, and chunky business workstations like a charm, in a tough grip that does not slip. This is a great product. I've been using the one I purchased for almost two weeks now, and it's doing just what I wanted it to do. That is, it enables me to adjust the height at which I want my laptop to sit, and position my wireless keyboard where I want it. I don't know what I do with this dinky little laptop stand. I am so happy with this product. It positions my laptop to the correct height for me. It is light yet sturdy and so mobile. Now with my cordless mouse and keyboard (also from PBtech) I can work anywhere as my "office" fits into my backpack. No more piles of tissue boxes and books! I am so happy with this product.
