I purchased this outlet so that we could reduce the amount of smaller outlets we were using and it definitely does the job. I got it for a really good price and I am so happy with it that I am thinking about getting more for other appliances around the house.
The only thing that I found was that it doesn't charge my phone very fast when using the USB slots on it so I have gone back to using my normal wall charger, otherwise it's perfect. This is a very well made outlet, with great build quality with eight standard plug points and two handy USB ports, it's a winner! The convenient on/off switch is great for switching things off when not in use especially if the wall outlet switch is hard to reach.

My only complaints are that is quite large for what it is, it does take up a fair bit of room, and that the female plug part that goes into the wall socket angles straight out, instead of at a 90° degree angle.

This is the best multiboard I have. It's got the surge protection thing as well as it looks fancy and has USB ports separate from the plugs, so you can charge your device without using up a whole plug.
