Complete Garbage

I have three of these switches running in an educational lab environment and ports have failed on two of the switches - one of which was a replacement unit, the original having suffered the same fate. Having foolishly picked these switches thinking the metal case was some indicator of quality, I will be migrating off these appallingly bad Netgear units as soon as possible.

Product fine, service always missing

The switch has been good, and a good price, nothing fancy, nothing complicated. The service is always average though, lots of bodies doing anything other than helping people and always shows up as preferring to have the store customer free. I've never had anything resembling really connected quality customer service at PB Tech. Its a shame because its a good offer and set up otherwise.

7 day right of exchange

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange.

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase.
