Great USB hub for embedded device development

Great little USB hub for embedded electronics device development purposes! The ability to manually switch off individual USB ports is very useful.

This USB port extenderf does exactly wqhat is says, and what I needed.

I had purchased a HP Elitebook 1040 base station and need the extra ports fore USB3.0 connections to pultiple WD and Seagate drives. The individual power switche for each port is great - it lets me manage trhe drives easily. Having 4 USB 3.0 and 3 USB 2.0 ports is luxury, and great value for money.

Yes. Does the job I need running three USB 3.0 hard drives, plus external keyboard, audio, mouse etc from laptop. I needed to plug in to wall socket to run all these, which is fine. Works well.

Overall I am very happy with this device, It provides fast and stable data transfer rates, however If you are using this device to connect a mouse and keyboard it will take around 30 seconds after startup for the computer to register the device. If this is what you are wanting to use this for, I would look at an alternate solution, outside of that it works great!

Returns & Warranty

7 day right of exchange

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange.

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase.

Please note, items purchased on finance cannot be exchanged for a gift card.
