Great product. Helps reduce the amount of cables to the mainframe itself and allowing for selective activation of the equipment through on and off switches.

So far so good! this was the best option I could find for a USB 3 hub. It is perfect for my Macbook pro, and ensures I have plenty of ports. I also like that each USB port can be switched on or off. couldn't ask for more really, and the price was right.

So-so

I had hoped this would enable me to reduce the number of discrete usb power supplies but my OS (MacOS High Sierra) keeps reporting that external USB3 HDDs (2.5" and powered) keep disconnecting. I don't believe it is a power issue - seems more likely related to USB3 but who knows. I wouldn't buy another one.

7 day right of exchange

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange.

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase.
