Can't say I would recommend it but its not a necessarily bad product. on my 7800X3D idle temp is averaging at 56C and highest average ive seen is at 82C. Not terrible but i feel like i could get the same with a cheaper fan cooler. My real issue is with the noise like it doesnt get that loud but it doesnt get quieter at idle either just has this regular buzz and hum that never goes away and is hard to ignore. Runs like charm, pump and fans are quiet, looks good and costs less than lots of competitor AIO's that perform worse.

When my old AIO screamed itself into oblivion the Nautilus seemed a good replacement at a nice price. Easy to install, and with very good performance. Strongly recommended and no annoying RGB lights. Comes with pre-applied thermal paste which was nice. Temps are good, 62c while gaming but most of all pump and fans run silently under gaming load. Although they aren't too stressed by Intel Ultra 5 245K. Depending on CPU/Demand and Case airflow they may need to spin faster to keep up, yet to hear what that sounds like really.
