I had a complicated warranty issue with a Razer mouse, the left/right click buttons would intermittently stop working and the mouse would sometimes randomly disconnect.

Official policy was making it hard to get a replacement, because we weren't sure if it was a hardware or software issue. The manager stepped in and sorted the whole problem very quickly. Ended up walking out with a brand new replacement and feeling like my problem was heard and solved.

Super happy, thanks team.
