I had a very frustrating experience receiving a level 4 order for a network cable. Despite the product being available for dispatch the day I ordered, I received a follow-up email almost immediately saying it wouldn't be dispatched until end of...view more I had a very frustrating experience receiving a level 4 order for a network cable. Despite the product being available for dispatch the day I ordered, I received a follow-up email almost immediately saying it wouldn't be dispatched until end of following week. Hence I cancelled the order and ordered a different cable. Before my order cancellation was processed, it seems the first order was dispatched. I rang support to make appropriate arrangements, but despite the correct information being forwarded by support to PBT, the wrong order was cancelled. 2 communication failures made this a disappointing transaction. I would however like to compliment Saad on the best support I have received in many years attempting to put this right. Keep up the good work Saad.
