This time however, when i called i spoke with a man and asked him a question, he told me he would let me know but as i spoke with someone else afterwards, they gave me an answer.
I checked my emails in the weekend and was surprised and impressed as Saad had emailed me and told me how he had gone and asked the question and what the response was that he got. which included them telling him they had answered my question when they spoke with me.
Really awesome thorough customer service and I really appreciated his effort to get back to me!!! even when he knew I got an answer, it made me smile! Thanks Saad!!

The big downside to Palmerston North is that it doesn't have a PB Tech store. Fortunately, buying things online at PB Tech is easy and their service is swift.

I have bought a number of things from PB Tech's online store since moving to the Manawatu. They were instrumental in setting up my home office during last year's lockdown.
Most recently, I urgently required a USB WiFi adapter and webcam.
I was presented with a suitably large selection of options for both and was able to choose models that suited my requirements and budget. Both were shipped the next day and arrived the following day.
