Want to give a huge shoutout to HJ Jo at the Penrose branch for being very helpful in resolving a transaction issue with Poli (Not PB Tech's fault, Poli was having technical difficulties. Money taken but not matching with the order placed with PB...view more Want to give a huge shoutout to HJ Jo at the Penrose branch for being very helpful in resolving a transaction issue with Poli (Not PB Tech's fault, Poli was having technical difficulties. Money taken but not matching with the order placed with PB Tech, it's currently a known issue). He was very understanding and quick to find an alternate solution that was more than satisfactory, took full responsibility for the fault on behalf of Poli and then he offered a generous discount as compensation. I'm amazed at how fast HJ was to offer an immediate solution while offering a generous discount for something that largely wasn't PB Tech's fault and worked quickly and guided me every step of the way in such an articulated manner. It's always a good feeling when dealing with someone who goes above and beyond in terms of customer service and I've always had good experiences with the staff at PB Tech during the 15 years I've been shopping there, but HJ is truly one of the best there is.
