This week I've had nightmare after nightmare with customer service from other companies including DHL/Shipito/Courierpost where for example one of their customer service representatives told me "If you have a problem with the service hang up the phone".

So it is SO relieving to see a decent customer service that is easy, fast and actually cares about the concerns of the customer.

This experience made my week as when I saw that the website snagged my money without taking my order I thought I was going to have another sub-par ordeal with customer service.

But Ethan park absolutely demolished my expectations and gave me a fantastic experience with fast responses, easy questions and fast results. 10/10 would recommend Pbtech as if something does go wrong the customer service will see you right!
