After spending hours trying to decide on which type and make of ear buds to buy I reached out to PB Tech.

Saad answered my email without delay sending me links of what product he thought best suited my needs.

He was spot on with all the info and the decision was so much easier to make, and back up once in store was the icing on the cake. The team at PB Tech I found to be well trained in the products they sell and are not just after a quick sale.

The product I purchased was the JBL TUNE215tws ear buds, great sound, easy to pair and works very well with my Samsung phone which was the main reason for the purchase.

I'm a first time PC builder and I bought all the internal parts of my gaming rig from PBTech through their websales email, and they were a wonder to work with from start to finish, especially thanks to Everson. I did my research for this rig, and...view more I'm a first time PC builder and I bought all the internal parts of my gaming rig from PBTech through their websales email, and they were a wonder to work with from start to finish, especially thanks to Everson. I did my research for this rig, and down to a part PBTech had the best prices for all internal gear bar keyboards and mice because Mighty Ape had a sale, this is the first reason I went with them. Second, I contacted them with all the parts I needed and was given a discount when I asked, this was a high end build and it took a few % off the total price which was nice. Third, they followed up and gave me tracking numbers for every item being shipped from around the country, and my sales manager chased the parts while responding to every question I had within the hour. Fourth, when I had problems booting the PC due to a rookie mistake, Everson offered to have it fixed at PBTech for a minimal fee while replacing any broken parts under warranty despite having attempted the build myself, luckily I found the issue though and didn't need the help, it was just a rookie mistake with a power plug. Overall an amazing experience and support from these guys, they have proven themselves to be an amazing outfit for anyone hoping to build a PC. Thanks Everson!

I had an issue with my Microsoft subscription to which I tried to make contact with the original Salesman with no luck I tried various avenues including phoning/emails/live chat and spoke to a lot of people with not a lot of progress and dead ends. However eventually Divya Gowtheman answered an email of mine and was very helpful. I would gladly speak with Divya again to resolve any issues as Divya was very efficient and successful at resolving my issue. Thanks again for taking the time to help! Highly recommend Divya’s customer service!

I needed to replace the motherboard and CPU urgently on a PC we use for creating our drawings due to a motherboard fault, the old board was Z170 series so just couldn't purchase new board based on its age.
Joshua helped us making sure the items I wanted were on hand also arranging for the urgent courier, he then sent us tracking so we could track our order - from my call to parts arriving was only around 2.5 hrs - well done and very much appreciated.
