Thankfully with the right recommendation from Justin and choosing a very good Xiaomi wireless power bank, we were able to get one in time for his journey. As bit of tech nerd (especially phones) I was always horrified that at other shops they wanted 2000 for phone their people knew nothing about( one guy at Noel learning didn't even know what a Snapdragon choosey was omg), am so glad there is a company that trains their staff in products not just salespeople

I brought our first chrome book 6 years ago (from them) and even though it was out of warranty, they still fixed a minor issue free, a couple of years ago. Finally had to replace with a new laptop at the start of this year for my eldest and have just brought a new chrome book for my younger child this month. They have an excellent customer service and great at explaining, to this non tech mum, in terms that even I understand, to make sure I have purchased the right device for what is needed. Have been a great help with even the small issues both instore and online.
