I requested a refund via email and had a response and refund receipt within an hour. Excellent service. I would not hesitate to order from this company again.

He patiently worked around the problems with headsets, etc. that arose because of working from home under COVID alert, and then gave me very clear and well considered advice. He listened to my requirements, recommended a system to match, and answered all my questions about specs, etc. It took a fair bit of time to get the right answer, so that maybe doesn't look great on a crude measure of throughput, but it was the right answer, and its this quality of advice that brings me back to PB Tech. Confident that I had the right advice, I then made a substantial purchase.
That's how you do business if you want return customers.
