I went into the Petone shop to purchase a PC. Unfortunately they were out of stock in every shop. My sales person was Stewie Liu and he said No Problem, let us make one up. His knowledge was awesome and we had soon put one together which met my requirements. That afternoon I got a call to say it was all ready. Amazing as he had suggest it might be the end of the week. This was Tuesday. I then mucked him around requesting a different version of Windows be installed. Wasn't an issue to him at all. The next day feeling real awful and sleeping on it overnight I asked him to change it back. The guy did not hesitate and had it reverted back to the original version. He could not have been more helpful in all my dealings with PBTech. I will be recommending PBTech to all my friends and colleagues. Thank you so much.

My headphones had the volume down button break after 20 months which is outside the 12 month warranty but less than what the CGA would suggest is reasonable.

PB Tech sent me to JBL who didn't care enough to engage well.
When I came back to PB Tech they took the headphones to have a look.
Within 2 hours of getting them PB Tech decided to replace them as they clearly had not lasted a reasonable period of time.
I am very happy that this is a company that stands behind its' products and is willing to treat its' customers well under the Consumer Guarantees Act

Sadly, the cooler turned out to have a manufacturing fault and needed to be replaced. Got in contact with Anish Mestry at customer support who was exceptionally helpful in getting the cooler swapped out by my deadline. He really took ownership of the support case and facilitated a speedy turnaround, despite my local store not having any stock. Very impressed and grateful!
