Account login problems
There are a number of reasons why you may have trouble logging in to your PB Tech account:
Lost / forgotten passwords
If you've forgotten your password no problem! Reset it by visiting the Sign In page, clicking on the 'Forgot Your Password' tab, entering your email address and select reset. You will receive an email from us with a new password in a few minutes.
Email address not recognised
If your email address is not recognised it may be because do not have an account, even if you've placed previous orders. You may have used the 'Guest Checkout' for previous orders that allows you to place orders without creating an account.
You may have the multi-factor authentication setting turned on in your account settings which requires you to use an authenticating code to be able to login to your PB Tech account. Learn more about multi-factor authentication
