Nice looking unit and seemed to work well, and our user plugged all the necessary bits into it and it looked to be running fine. After a couple of weeks he noticed the second monitor (he has two attached via HDMI) keeps blacking out and he has to either disconnect the monitor, disconnect the laptop or power off the docking station to get his second screen back. It doesn't seem to matter whether he is using the screen at the time or not, it just blacks out. This does not work well on macs, not sure how well it works on a windows machine. Its very flakey on the monitor connection. It loads and dies every few minutes, i had to disconnect and plug again. got a fancy case built on top but very poor quality product. It does not support extended monitor view, duplicates monitors instead. The worst product i bought in pbtech. This does not work well on macs, not sure how well it works on a windows machine.
