The adapter worked well both for the Samsung 850 EVO SSD from my old, dead PC and a Mac Mini’s 120GB SATA HDD. (I had given the Mac HD to a friend but he returned it, saying it wasn’t working for his IBM clone PC, so I was very pleased to see this adapter having no trouble with that drive.)
