WeiFeng WT-6662A Professional Ball head Tripod

This is a great little tripod. Quite firm and perfoms well for it's price. The ability to spread it's legs wide and get it down very low is great and a feature I use a lot.

I was honestly shocked that this tripod was such a low price for the quality. It can hold our suuuper heavy camera, and I never have any concerns about it toppling over! It's stable, and stretches up to eye-height. Super awesome stuff! Highly recommend. I was honestly shocked that this tripod was such a low price for the quality. Happy to spend my money on something that is reliable and strong.
As i have used other tripods but the top is made of plastic and this one is made of metal which makes it stronger. Love the quality. Easy to use and carry anywhere in the bag.

My first ever purchase of a tripod and so far I find no reason not to like it. Easy to transport around with the carry bag that comes with it and I confidently leave the camera attached when I am moving around my subject. Value for for the price I thought. This tripod is a value play. The equivalent Manfrotto tripod will most likely set you back at least 3 times the price. If you are a casual photographer like me who simply wanted a steady ball head tripod then this is fit for purpose. The build quality is good for the price but do watch out for glitches. The little compass on the tripod failed to work on arrival and I have to go to the local PB shop to swap for another. The same compass issue is also reported by other users on the Internet. This is my first tri-pod and I really like it. With it's independently extendable legs, it allows different angles. The ball head is limiting but that's a small issue.

5/5 value for money BUT it is get what you pay for.

You get a well designed head, a nifty lightly padded and well made bag, a very secure QR plate with an extra little lock to prevent accidental release, compass, spirit levels etc, quite sturdy and the feet can quickly change to spikes with a quick twist.

The build quality is a little janky, releasing the legs is a stiff and jerky process (they may free up over time though). But at this price it's a better product than I'd have hoped to find. I'm very happy with it. 5/5 value for money BUT it is get what you pay for.
