Nothing wrong with PB tech they have outstanding customer service as always :)

The product itself doesn't have a magnetic shield around the cable so i had a ton of interference on my monitor when i used this cable.
Would not recommend this, pay the extra and make sure you get one that is magnetically shielded

The VGA cable I bought works well and displays resolutions higher than 800x600 such as 1440x900. The cable is long enough to reach the computer for a multi-monitor setup on a standard size desk but would not be suitable if the monitor(s) were further away from the computer.
