Works, simple. Used with keystone wall plates and a short patch cable for a tool free 'through-the-wall' link to get a gigabit LAN connection to an adjacent room. Works, simple. Currently using this connector to connect 2 x 50mtr CAT6a cables. So far it has done a great job, no cut outs or issues present. If you need something on the cheap, this is it. A little pricey when you buy multiples but saved time, in my particular case, i guess.
