After trying dozens of usb-c to hdmi and usb-A to hdmi, this is the only product that worked. The usb-c port on my computer does not support thunderbolt so I was not able to use it to connect to the external screen. I have 3 monitors, one monitor is connected to an HDMI port on laptop where the other two are connected to this device and then to a usb c port on my laptop. Absolutely no issues when using all 3 screens at once. Signal and response is instantaneous, fast and no delays at all. Was trying to connect an older model monitor , only with HDMI & VGA port as a second display, Explained to staff what I needed, he recommended this adapter, and it did the job. I recently bought a new PC with only one HDMI plug-in, so I was worried that I wouldn't be able to find a product that allows me to use both my monitor and Wacom Cintiq at the same time, especially since some friends say they've had other HDMI adapters not work for their Wacom displays.
