VESA certified actually means something. Use this with a triple monitor setup. Previously when I stood up one screen would black out due to cheap Displayport cable shielding. This fixes the issues. I was having issues on a new monitor that I had paired with a 30 series card, and upgrading from an old 1.2 display port cable to this worked wonders. Both were display port 1.4 and although the old cable functioned, it had these issues. No more flashing or blinking screens after moving to this new cable.

This cable has a quality feel to it. I chose these over the cheaper cables, and do not regret it. The connection to the video card was reassuring. A good cable!!

I've been using this cable for almost a month now and it works perfectly. It's paired with the Samsung LC34J791 (3440x1440/100Hz) monitor in G-SYNC Compatible mode. This is one of the more expensive DP 1.4 cables, however, unlike most others, it's VESA certified. This certifies it's capable of at least the DP 1.4 standard, where some cheaper cables may not consistently achieve the DP 1.4 standard. Was having issues with my monitor with the earlier cable, the signal would cut at anything beyond 80Hz at 1440p. Spent ages looking for the problem and couldn't identify anything.
