Does what it says on the box

The system was straightforward to set up, the cameras easy to install. The homebase was too far from the cameras when connected to the router by network cable, but works well closer to them, over wireless. I get good video coverage, and I was able to set up privacy zones to avoid detection of my neighbours' movements. I recommend this as a good simple to install security system.
