This processor is absolutely perfect for the build it was used in. No need for a GPU when its already incorporated into the CPU. Definitely more powerful than Intel Graphics and the machine runs very smoothly. The intended user will not be gaming much on this machine, but the processor still puts out plenty of performance in all other aspects of daily use. Purchased for a cheap gaming pc build, to take advantage of the integrated graphics and was pleasantly surprised. Very affordable and perfect for gaming builds that don't require anything too beefy in the graphics department. This apu is great for its price. Great for those who don’t play graphics hungry games. Unfortunately the games I played did require me to add a graphics card but besides that it still works well and is great value. I’ve been using it for almost 2 months and I can multi task, game and stream without the APU becoming overloaded it also doesn’t get too hot even with using the stock cooler. Very good cpu, if you spend more money, you will get more cpu.. Duh
R5 3600 or /X would be better.
R7 would be better, but this 3400g kicks @ss

...to make my computer legit to run Windows 11 as the 2400G is not on Microsoft's approved CPU list. Really loving this CPU and the integrated graphics, does what I want it to do it handles call of duty modern warfare, WRC 5 and assetto corsa pretty good. I am an occasional gamer that likes to play older games so I don't need the really high end stuff.
