Technically nothing wrong with these Verbatim blank printable DVD-R discs. But be aware the inner circle of clear plastic has some very prominent white text on it, clearly stating these as Inkjet Printable DVD-R from Verbatim. So if you're planning to use these for anything where you don't want their home-brew origins to be obvious, then the affordable price and otherwise high quality may not be enough to swing the deal for you. Been buying these DVDs from PB for a while, and they’ve been consistently good. Every now and then there’ll be one that doesn’t burn properly, but that might be my burner rather than the discs. They’re still accessible years later. I can’t conceive how one would print on these with an inkjet, but the surface is nice enough to write on with a ball-point pen, rather than the markers we had to use on older discs. I've opened the package, and I presume that I can't therefore return it.

The disks won't record on my DVD recorder. Every time I've tried , my recorder's message is: "This is a non-recordable disk." I purchased a set of DVD-R disks (also Verbatim, but in plain packaging) at the Warehouse and they work beautifully . I've opened the package, and I presume that I can't therefore return it.
