Works well - very easy to install the NVMe drive, and everything just worked out the bat. Haven't done any speed tests, but have been running blender files directly off the drive using USB3.2 and Thunderbolt 3 with no issues. I've been looking for a cost effective USB4 enclosure for NVME that is DRAM-less such as 2230 or 2242 NVME drives.
Those drives uses Host Memory Buffer and requires USB4 40Gbps Enclosure with a controller that will support PCIE tunnelling to reach full speed of the NVME.

I've been testing it for a couple of days and it shows about 3000/3000 MBPS both ways with my 4TB NVME, which is higher that the built-in SSD of my Mac mini m4 512Gb.
