This is for an A grade refurbished laptop. Since receiving it, the sound control got stuck and needed rebooting to fix it and now the touch pad mouse has stopped working. Very happy with the purchase, it looks nearly new and runs well. The sound was working fine when purchased, and later it stopped after installing some Windows 11 updates, but then I opened the Device Manager and completely uninstalled all Sound devices. After the reboot, Windows automatically found and installed all Sound drivers, so my sound was working again! The only bad thing is the camera, whose quality could be better, and it is weirdly placed at the bottom of the screen, so it sometimes picks up the laptop's keyboard and then you have to tilt the screen backward to avoid filming the keyboard!
