It works as it should

Elected to try a refurbished machine specked to where I needed it to be which it was.
First combined unit I've had and I like it saves space nice sized screen 23" suits what I do bonus was four USB ports for the extras.
Runs well as expected however when it arrived the case was apart on one corner of the machine, so I wonder about the quality of the supposed refurbishment if they miss something so obvious? The other let down was the product comes with a wireless mouse and keyboard which didn't arrive with mine :(
