I was using the stock cooler on my 5600x for a while and got around 85 degrees when playing games like valorant, also had idle temps of around 45. After using this cooler, my temps while gaming are high 50's to low 60's and idle temps are around 35. The application is nice and simple and also has a clean look to it. Definitely recommend. I have built close to 30 PC's now for clients and friends using this cooler, it easily reigns supreme. Compatible with literally anything, comes with good quality thermal paste, fits majority of cases (mAtX-eATX), 6 year warranty, super reliable and quiet, great temps even on hot CPU's like the 13700K. My only complaint is that it has become pricey, especially since there are now a deluge of competitors for much cheaper. I will say that this fan is more often than not cheaper at ComputerLounge, but PBTech usually has stock on hand. It works well, but under high load, it can feel a bit noisy. My fault for not getting something bigger, but PBTech's stock was limiting my choice at the time.
It is quieter than a factory cooler that is certain.

High load = benchmarks, compiling, encoding videos, and processing photos.
For gaming, normal web surfing, and just general usage, PC is completely silent.

As far as temps go, I don't think it matters for most users, it keeps the CPU cool enough, never hitting the thermal limits.
If you want to overclock, then you will hit a wall faster than with a bigger cooler.

Noctua themselves have a cheaper NH-U12 option, which pretty much performs the same, this was on sale for almost the same price and was all black so went with it to match my build better.

Wasn't as easy to install as some people say, but the attention to detail and overall quality is good. Quiet fan. Doesn't come with the AM5 offset brackets, for the price it should. I'm always a bit wary of fan setups that claim to work on competing CPU manufacturers, but someone was awake in the design room for this. Instructions are clear, installation is near instant, and the included thermal paste reduces fuss and mess when installing.

It's Noctua, so it's near silent - perfect for my media centre build, even under heavy gaming load. Installed it on a 5800x3d keeps it cool with no throttling, silent at idle minimal noise under load (drowned out by case and GPU fans). Easy to install and remove too.
