High static pressure while reasonably quiet

I'd tried using a normal 120mm fan for the moderately challenging task of cooling an Asrock BC250 board with a hacked heatsink but switching to this one made a huge difference, it's quiet when running slow, and not too bad even when it cranks up, and it can push a heck of a lot of air. Very good, especially at this price.
