I have bought 2 of these controllers. They work well until they dont. The first one I had for about 2 years and then I got stick drift. The second one started getting stick drift after maybe 6 months. I am heavy handed though since I'm a builder so that might be why? Just take this into account when buying. After just 15 months from purchase the controller has developed stick drift on the left hand stick and faulty Xbox button, unfortunately these are just not built to last and Xbox need to rethink their design, worked well for about 12 months coincidentally coincides with warranty extent. This Xbox controller is very easy to use and set up for PC use, especially if you have a USB-C cable on hand. I was expecting a more lengthy process for setup, especially as I have never purchased a controller before, but it immediately connected via Bluetooth and USB - and even came with the batteries!
I also noticed that the controller felt very comfortable to handle and use, not clunky or awkward.
Shipping from PB Tech was fast and maintained communication throughout the shipping process.

Overall a very good product and recommended for anyone wishing to use a controller with PC or just buying another controller for their Xbox.
