Just bought this and let me share my first go at using this. Downloading the app and connecting it to the device was a breeze.

The device has great design and feels premium. The camera video link was really clear with no focus issues at all unlike some reviews online. Using it one handed on yourself takes some getting use to with the positioning and orientation. It will help if you also “feel” where the apparatus is.

The Bebird fits nicely in the hand, see how much wax is in the ears. you can take a photo if required and mark it left or right ear. no more guess work when removing wax worth every cent since I do make a lot of wax. However the app and connecting to it has a few niggles which loses the points here. On iOS so maybe different on Android.

What isn't nice is that after the loading screen it'll then display a third party ad before going to the pairing screen.

Your device will use a direct wifi connection to pair to the cleaner so can't use wifi internet at the same time.

Great for checking and cleaning your outer ear. Is also a useful little camera for enlarging small spaces or reading plug and socket numbers in a desktop computer. Dont forget to switch off first! I bought this as a gift for my wife and she likes it, very easy to use with the built in camera that connects with your smart phone. Feels solid and well built. Happy to recommend this product. Confirmed suspected ear issues.
It does allow you to remove ear wax.
It's cool seeing your ear canal and eardrum even though it's disgusting when it's infected and waxy.

Cons:
I felt pain from the device even when the camera didn't show where I was putting too much pressure.
The video doesn't record properly (just looks like venetian blinds) even after troubleshooting.
Not enough info about how to use it properly.
It's quite annoying that you have to go through the same thing each time you want to use it.

Tips:
Test the camera and recording features work before using it in your ear.
To find your ear photos and videos: <About> in bottom right of app. <My Album> then you have separate tabs for Pictures and Videos.
Be gentle. This can be very difficult if you bought it due to ear frustration.
If it hurts at all, stop because you might be doing damage.
It does take practice.

I would recommend it if you're thinking about getting one.
