Omron HEM7361T Bluetooth Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor with AFIB Indicator

I bought this and since I am a small petite person (160cm) so the cuff should fit. I even measured the upper arm to make sure and the cuff was supposed to be good for 22cm arm size. However, once I tried to measure the blood pressure, the cuff was extremely tight and bruised my upper arm. Since the cuff was so tight, I wondered if the reading was accurate. Bought this monitor to be able to perform regular tests and has been so worth it. All the tyests results are stored via the app and can be sent to your GP for reference.

Very disappointed. Have spent over an hour trying to get Omron Connect app to register the unit, checked problem solving instructions on Omron website and varies searches on Google but no luck. For the extra cost (2nd most expensive HR monitor sold by PBTech) of this unit, it should work as advertised. I was particularly interest in using the app to keep a rolling record for review. I will be returning as not fit for purpose, as the main feature I paid all the extra for does not work. Very disappointed. Date night suggestion: You and your significant other can both check your BP using the same monitor, erm, after mutual activities, as there is room for two to record their results. Works well with the App, so you can check out the graphed results to see who put in more effort, or to see if you need to tone it down a bit next time.

Works well except for the bluetooth connectivity to the app. Seems to consistently lose its bluetooth configuration and you have to remove and readd it to get it working again. I have multiple other bluetooth devices that continue to work with no issues so I think it is an Omron issue. OMRON is a good brand. I had an older OMRON wrist monitor but they are not as accurate. I was expecting this Upper Arm monitor to be 3x the price so when I found out it's just a little over $200 I bought it straight away.
