Great when you know how

I found the telephone help desk which is Australia not very helpful. So spent a lot of time trying to get it to map correctly. Once I learnt how to do that, things were a lot easier

iRobot Roomba J7

Really pleased with our purchase! It mapped the house really well and vacuumed it better than our traditional vacuum cleaner, even coped with Golden Retriever hair!

Great robot vacuum cleaner for everyday use

I am pleasantly surprised by the cleaning done by this vacuum cleaner.

Pros:
- Easy to install
- Can order the iRobot remotely to clean the house.
- Great mopping feature.
- Not very noisy.

Cons:
- Not very powerful on carpets so leaves larger debris behind.
- Mapping the house took at least two full cleaning cycles. The robot missed mapping the main bedroom in the initial cycle.
- If you change the place of items in your house, then the robot will have to relearn the obstacles, which could be a hassle.

Overall, I recommend this product for every day cleaning.

7 day right of exchange

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange.

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase.

Please note, items purchased on finance cannot be exchanged for a gift card.
