I bought this Xiaomi E10 Smart Robot Vacuum Cleaner online three weeks ago, but I feel regret about it. Because I had never completed once cleaning for the floor and the carpet since I bought it. I tried to schedule for cleaning weekly, but always interrupting due to things blocking the machine working. But when I checked the cleaner's bottom, I couldn't see any issue or find anything to stop the machine running, so I didn't know why the apps sending me the warning message. Until the third time I used it (the third week), I totally felt hopeless of using the machine, because, it was not moving forward anymore, it just spinned around itself on the same spot, it was not even doing anymore cleaning job. So I have to say, it is a crap, don't buy. I am now finding a way to get my money back from PB Tech.

Vacuum clear is ok however the software is very basic. No zone functions, map based cleaning, no virtual wall etc. Replaced 2C to E10 and regretted this, would recommend other models. App functions terribly, half of the features advertised are unusable on the app. It always defaults to mop mode and starts mopping my carpet; so have to just keep the tank dry. Automation and memory do not work at all so really is a manual vacuum, kind of defeating its purpose. The device has no memory for rooms, areas, etc - so any maps the device creates are promptly forgotten as soon as it finishes its current run of vacuuming. This means every time it starts it has to re-map the area, so you can't tell it just to do the kitchen or under the dining table, instead you'll find it up the hallway. We have two Xiaomi robot vacuums—one upstairs (bought about 2 years ago) and a newer one downstairs. They’ve both been amazing and save us heaps of time.

The main thing is to make sure the floor is clear of items they can get caught on, like cables, small toys, or clutter. Rugs and carpet aren’t an issue, though sometimes it can get stuck under the dining table if the chairs are pushed in too close—it just needs a little extra space to move.

Overall, they’re excellent value and a real time saver. We have two Xiaomi robot vacuums—one upstairs (bought about 2 years ago) and a newer one downstairs. They’ve both been amazing and save us heaps of time.

Have tried troubleshooting, updating, resetting etc etc but nothing fixes it.

Cheap, easy to empty, wont fall down stairs, it vacuums alright, and loves eating cables.

When I checked , there was nothing on the left wheel, it rotated freely, and there was no way to easily disassemble and clean it. I tried to return it to PB Tech but they said the only option was to repair it. They did, but I was left without a working vacuum for several weeks. It also does not have a mapping function, which wasn't really clear from the advertising. I also own an M1 vacuum. That is much better. I wish I had bought that one instead. This machine is horrible. Older version seemed to work better. Its inconsistent on how long it takes to clean the room and the Mi software (after last firware update - 2.2.4_0052.0097) is pretty terrible, as it does not allow to schedule cleanings without mopping. The Xiaomi E10 robot vacuum is a great entry level robot vacuum. Provided the floor is clear of debris and obstacles, you set it to vacuum at selected intervals of the week. It does sometimes gets lost finding its way back to the docking station but other than that, the carpets have never been cleaner. I've been using this daily for the past month. It's not the best clearly. It lacks some features and kinda dumb finding its way through. But at the end of the day it does it's job well and my floor is clean everyday after the scheduled cleaning.
