Bought this but the unit and jug was too big. We did not get to use it but did take the product out of the box. By the feel of the weight it felt like a solid product. We swapped this for another Ninja Blender which we are stoked with. Ninja products are great quality products. Bought this but the unit and jug was too big. This is a very powerful blender and has no trouble creating smoothies with ice and frozen berries. You can manually control it or let the intuitive automatic mode calculate and adjust based on the contents consistency. You can watch the thing blend, then sense, then adjust speed and blend again till it gets it just right. The LCD screen and all the pretty lights make it fun to watch too. This is a very powerful blender and has no trouble creating smoothies with ice and frozen berries.
