I've tried various bone conduction, Shokz Openfit around the ear, and standard earphones; these are by far the best I've used for mountain biking. No problems with helmet straps or glasses, if I've paused my music I completely forget I'm wearing them until someone asks what they are! They've never come loose on the downhills and the sound is excellent. Highly recommended. I am really impressed with these earbuds. I wanted something that was glasses compatible with a decent sound for running. I looked at the bigger branded ones, but it seemed like a lot when I wasn't entirely sure the style would work for me. I bought these because they were decently priced and had good reviews and I am pleased I did. These are insanely light, I completely forget they are in my ears. They have held securely both on road runs and adventurous trail runs with scrambles, there is no issue with security on these (unlike other EarPods that go flying). My only bugbear, and it is slight, is the volume button. The volume button is based on a pressure/length of hold mechanism, which is overall ok but means that there is no fine adjustment. I tend to adjust the volume on my phone before heading out but on occasion I have to adjust it mid-run due to vehicle noise. This is not a deal breaker for me though and I strongly recommend these to anyone.

These are comfortable for long periods, good battery life and include the ability to boost bass and boost treble within the App which really broadens the sound compared to other headphones I have owned.
