After 3 months...

Colour: Black | Interface: 3.5mm / USB

I bought this about 3 months ago and it worked fine. I like the comfort and it's very light. However, when I brought it for walking and jogging, I noticed the noise cancelling button was too loose and I would hear it whenever I walk and it's interfering with my what I'm listening. I just decided to use it for office work and never use it when I'm walking, however, the connection has started to act up. Whenever I'm on meetings the connection would get interrupted and it disconnects and connects again. The battery was at 40% so it definitely wasn't the battery.

Such a let down. It would have been nice pair of cans if it hadn't these issues.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange.

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase.
