Headset has very good sound quality and great battery when it's working but is just plagued with glitches and bugs you would not expect from something in it's pricerange

These issues are not constant but happen often enough to be disappointing:
- Trouble connecting, I've had times where I have to pull the dongle out 3 or so times before I can get it to connect
- Static through the speakers, this one is very common and makes listening to anything horrible. It will often get bad enough to cause the headset to stop playing all sound for 5 - 10 seconds

These are constant
- The mic will only properly pick up speech if the mic is sitting at the perfect angle otherwise the volume is terrible
- Everytime I rotate the mic stalk it plays loud static, can get around it by changing your threshold for the mic but it will always play through the side tone. I've just had to turn it off.
- No EQ for the phone, only PC. A little annoying given other models have access to this
- You need the noise cancellation on constantly, headset just sounds tinny and lacks depth without it on

Headset has good build quality but the software experience is severely lacking. Several features are only available through the proprietary software and getting that to work is a chore. No way to set the off timer so they will turn themselves off if you have nothing playing for a certain amount of time. Seems to be completely random if they will work or not when you reconnect. Had a lot of trouble getting them working consistently with Microsoft Teams but that might not be 100% on the headphones.

These headphones are fantastic, with ANC (Active Noise Cancelling), Bluetooth and 2.4ghz wireless. These headphones tick ALLLL the boxes!
