This is the worst headset I've had the misfortune to decide to purchase.
It constantly fails to connect. Sometimes it connects to the dongle but the dongle is not not passing things to windows. Sometimes you can't even connect to the dongle.
Make sure whereever you plug the dongle in to is within easy reach because you'll unplugging it and plugging it back in often. This is the worst headset I've had the misfortune to decide to purchase.

I saw reviews by others before buying this talking about it being fragile and having connection issues and in my honest opinion NONE of these are an issue. Admittedly I've only had these for a day but after some EQ changes in the app it sound AMAZING, way better than my previous headset, and it is a solid build that feels strong. Switching between Bluetooth and 2.4ghz is as easy as pressing a button 3 times and I've had no issues going from my PC with 2.4 and my phone with Bluetooth. Still going strong. The comfort and lightweight design are a noticeable perk. Make sure you register your device and enable Surround 7.1. They sound a lot better with this enabled especially for music. For the price, design, build quality and longevity, I have to give these 5 stars. Still going strong. I easily went over a week of regular use with just one charge. For reference, I was getting around 4 hours of gaming and 3 hours of music listening daily, and the headset still had juice left. This is genuinely impressive compared to other wireless headsets in this price range. It means you rarely have to think about charging, which is a huge convenience.

One Issue Found: USB-C Dongle Connection Problems
After a few days of testing, I ran into one hiccup. My laptop would not recognize the included USB-C dongle for the 2.4GHz wireless connection. A firmware update through Razer's companion software resolved the issue completely. Bought 2 of these. First one was great and has no issues. Mic is decent enough for a wireless pair of headphones.
The second pair I bought had a faulty mic that does not work no matter what you try, so that was quite disappointing (luckily PB Tech has a wonderful team for helping with warranty claims).
